You can find our student office on the first floor of Geocentrum I (Sölvegatan 10). The most certain way to get hold of us is during the office opening hours and via e-mail or phone.

If you send us an email, please include course code or programme name (if applicable), your name and your civic registration number, so that we can process your request faster.

 

Our services

Our services for you as a student are mainly:

  • Registration and re-registration on courses
  • Reporting of study results
  • Access to course pages on Live@Lund
  • Applications for interruption of studies
  • Buying course compendia
  • Issuing of study certificates and official transcripts of records with a signature and a stamp
  • Fault reports

During Spring and Autumn the student office is open on:

Monday: 10:00-12:00

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 10:00-12:00

Update your contact information

It is important for us to have your up-to-date contact information, so that we can reach you if something urgent happens (like a cancelled lecture). Please don't forget to inform us if your contact postal address or telephone number changes. When we send you an email we use your student mail. If you cannot read it regularly, make sure that the mail from your student inbox is forwarded to your e-address which you check regularly.
