Presentation

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science. Before returning to academia, I worked with a private research institute in Germany and with social movements in highland Bolivia.

I am interested in the process of sustainable development. In particular I research how this process relates to social and political inequalities. My research focuses on sustainable development in Bolivia, also in its alternative form, “buen vivir”. I am particularly interested in sustainable development in the food sector.
