BIDS - Admission
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program the student must fulfill general entry requirements. In addition, the student must fulfill the specific entry requirements - courses corresponding to the following Swedish Upper Secondary School Programs:
- Civics A or Civics 1b/1a1+1a2
- English 6/B (advanced) proficiency
Equivalence assessments will be made according to national guidelines.
The admission process is handled by University Admissions and they also have country-specific information about the requirements. Please contact them if you have questions about how to apply, requirements etc.
General entry requirements mean that it is only high school studies that are required in order to be admitted to the programme. All your other merits like CV, letter of intent, or letter of reference are not required. Foreign students are exempted from the general university requirement of commanding the Swedish language.
Credentials - diploma and transcripts - should always be official and certified. If they are in a language other than the Nordic languages, English, French or German, authorized translations must be enclosed.
