Abdi is applying for grants to present the results of his PhD-thesis (2017) at The Japan Geoscience Union/American Geophysical Union Joint Meeting on May 20th, 2017 in Chiba, Japan.
The stipend will be given to Abdi at a ceremony arranged by Sydsvenska Geografiska Sällskapet on May 12.
